TravelTo Terms of Service

By using the TravelTo app you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.

The app

TravelTo lets you mark the countries you have visited, save trips and flights and see them on a map. If you choose to, it can import flights from your Gmail emails.

Beta version

During the TestFlight beta the app is a test version: it may contain errors, change or stop working, and test data may have to be deleted.

Accuracy

Flights imported from emails and statistics (distances, times, countries) are computed automatically and may be incomplete or wrong. Check and correct them in the app. TravelTo is not a flight information service: do not rely on it for schedules, check-in or travel decisions.

Your Google account

If you connect Gmail you remain responsible for your Google account, and you can disconnect it at any time. How data is handled is explained in the privacy policy.

Purchases

Paid features are bought through Apple's App Store under Apple's terms, including refunds and subscriptions. Subscriptions are managed and cancelled in your Apple ID settings. Apple's standard license agreement (EULA) also applies.

Fair use

Do not use the app for unlawful purposes or try to circumvent how it works or its protections.

Liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for loss of data stored on the device. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. By continuing to use the app you accept the updated terms.
